Founder & owner Jennifer Winkel spent more than two decades crafting exceptional guest experiences in hotels and restaurants - including the Ritz-Carlton, Four Season, and Graduate brands —before dedicating her heart and expertise to caring for animals full time. A lifelong pet parent, Jenn’s home has been lovingly shared with cats, dogs, rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters, fish, and more. She brings that same deep compassion, calm professionalism, and intuitive care to every pet she visits—whether they have paws, fins, whiskers, or floppy ears.
